Before his role with Entrada, Baxter held multiple positions with Change Healthcare (fka Emdeon), a multi-billion dollar healthcare IT company, including divisional CFO of the Ambulatory and Payer Services divisions as well as Director of Corporate Development, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate strategy across all of Emdeon’s four operating divisions.
