In this interview Beth and I discuss her passion for leading an impressive software team at Trinisys and supporting women in technology all across the US!

Beth also shares with us the work from home challenges her organization has overcome during Covid-19. However, those have not slowed them down! Trinisys has continued to accelerate each of their customer’s digital transformation journey and grown the business through it all.

Beth has more than 24 years of experience leading technology and organizational improvement initiatives. She has overseen internal operations and all professional service engagements at Trinisys since they were only a start-up.

Beth designs and implements business strategies, plans and procedures that ensure the company’s performance and growth goals are met. Throughout her time at Trinisys, Beth has been instrumental in helping the company increase revenue by over 50% in just a few years’ time, and bringing over 70+ new faces to the team.

Beth serves on the board of the Nashville Technology Counsel (NTC) and advisory board of TechBridge Tennessee. She served on the board of Women in Technology of Tennessee (WTT) for 10 years; including a term as President.

She is also active in Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
